My wife and I have been living apart for the past six months, but we haven’t formally sought a divorce. Due to health concerns, she left our daughter with her mother, who lives around 900 kilometers away. I tried to convince her to bring our daughter back, but she refused. My daughter has been living away from both of us for over a year. I traveled to her mother’s place and brought her home. After learning this, my wife went to her mother’s and filed a domestic violence case against me. I saw online that the court issued an ex-parte order to hand over my daughter to my wife, but I never received a copy of the order. What should I do in this situation?
