Yes, you can still reconnect with your daughter, as parental rights are not automatically terminated by divorce. You can approach the court for visitation rights or custody. However, remarriage alone does not automatically grant you custody. You’ll need to demonstrate a stable environment and prove that it would be in your daughter’s best interest to live with you, considering her wishes if she is old enough.
