They want me to pay at least 3 EMIs by today (around 50,000 rupees) to stop this. I’m willing to pay my dues but need time. They won’t listen or give me an appointment. Can they really arrest me or send police to my home? What can I do?

While Bajaj Finserv can pursue legal action for non-payment, arresting you for 15 days for a loan default is unlikely under Indian law. They can’t send police without a court order. Contact Bajaj Finserv immediately to negotiate a payment plan or explore options like a debt settlement.
