My Kolkata-based customer hasn’t paid for the goods I supplied, despite approaching the Facilitation Council in Kanpur under the MSME Act. The Council ruled in my favor but they haven’t paid up. What steps should I take to enforce the Council’s order and recover my payment?

You can file a suit in a civil court in Kolkata, the location of your customer, to enforce the Facilitation Council’s order. Alternatively, you can explore alternative dispute resolution mechanisms like mediation or arbitration to reach a settlement.
