My court agreement was ruined in the recent floods, a natural disaster that can happen to anyone. Even the photocopy was lost with the belongings. When someone forcefully takes over property, shouldn’t the law apply equally to everyone? The court could ask the person how, when, and where they acquired this warehouse. This property was donated to a temple trust, and I’m confident they wouldn’t engage in any illegal activities. There are several complaints regarding illegal construction filed since August 2014 with the LG, DC, and Police, both online and offline. Do I need to include the MCD and the other party in the writ petition? Thanks for your help.

Based on the information provided, you may want to include the MCD and the other party in your writ petition. The court can consider the circumstances surrounding the natural disaster and the alleged illegal activities in determining the rightful owner and occupants of the warehouse. The court can also consider the complaints filed against the other party and the legality of the property transfer to the temple trust.
