1. State the code

Section 121A of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) deals with the conspiracy to commit offences punishable under Section 121 of the IPC.

Section 121A of the IPC states that:
“Whoever, with the intention of waging war against the Government of India, or of exciting or attempting to excite mutiny, rebellion or insurrection within India, or of assisting any foreign power in waging war against the Government of India, conspires with any other person to commit an offence punishable under section 121, shall be punished with imprisonment for life, or with imprisonment which may extend to ten years, and shall also be liable to fine.”
