Eligibility
Manager – Legal (Non-Litigation) based out of Pune with Experience of 4-5 years. Candidate must be from Mortgage, preferably from Affordable Housing, with exposure dealing with Non-Prime collaterals and T3 and Rural locations
Mandatory experience in the mortgage industry (affordable housing preferred), with understanding of title search reports, revenue records and mortgageability of collateral.Strong knowledge of real estate markets, particularly in the rural sector.Proficiency in legal drafting and documentation.Ability to navigate the legal intricacies of real estate transactions.If you are passionate about legal work in the housing finance sector and meet the above qualifications, we’d love to hear from you!
