Namaste sir, this is Shashi, as mentioned in the email subject. I worked for JUSTADZ.COM, an advertising firm, as a marketing executive for about two months. The company promised to pay me a travel allowance and my salary through post-dated cheques. However, when the cheque matured, it bounced. We contacted the owner, but he kept asking us to wait for a few days. We waited patiently, but when our team called again for the salary, he used abusive language. Now the cheque has expired.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Cyber Crime Cell of the police. You can also approach the Information Technology Act, 2000 to address the issue of harassment and unsolicited communication.
