I’ve consistently received excellent performance ratings in my annual confidential reports for the Indian Railways, with “Outstanding” in 2010-11, “Very Good” in 2011-12 and 2012-13, “Good” in 2013-14, and “Very Good” again in 2014-15. My fitness for promotion has been marked as “FIT” for the past five years. However, a new promotion benchmark was introduced in December 2015, requiring a minimum “Very Good” grade in the last five years’ annual confidential reports. Why am I being denied promotion despite meeting all other requirements and having consistently performed well?

You can file a legal case against the builder in a consumer forum or civil court. You can claim the full payment amount along with interest and compensation for mental harassment. The court will assess the case based on the payment documents and builder’s contract terms.
