I’ve been unfairly dismissed from my college and am fighting a legal case against the management in Amravati Court. I’m wondering:
1. Can I start my own tuition classes in the city while this case is ongoing?
2. What kind of job can I do to support myself that won’t create problems with getting my back pay later?
I need your advice quickly, please!

Based on Indian law, you have the right to present evidence even during an appeal. While your lawyer’s advice should be considered, you can seek a second opinion from another lawyer. They can advise on the admissibility of your evidence and how to best present it to the higher court.
