I recently bought a product online at a great deal on an e-commerce platform. However, the order was later cancelled without any notice, and I received a refund. When I asked why, they said the seller was out of stock. But the seller actually called me directly saying it was a pricing error and they wanted to cancel. I refused. Can I file a complaint against the e-commerce site? I’m worried about their hidden terms and conditions.
