Under Muslim personal law, your wife is entitled to a share of the jointly-owned shop and her Mehr (wedding gift) including the gold. The court will decide maintenance and child support based on her needs, your income, and the child’s welfare, for a duration until she remarries. The Nikahnama serves as evidence of your marriage. It’s crucial to consult a lawyer for personalized advice based on your specific circumstances.
