As a daughter of a Muslim family, I’m seeking legal advice about my rightful share in my parents’ ancestral property. My mother passed away when I was young, and I’m the only child. Now, my aunts (my mother’s sisters) are pursuing a legal case against their brothers for their share in the property. I’d like to understand the chances of my aunts winning the case and whether I can claim my late mother’s portion of the ancestral property.
