We’re facing a tough situation. The tenants haven’t vacated the property despite the Supreme Court order, and they haven’t paid the rent arrears as per the court’s deadline of March 31st, 2016. They’ve also moved their belongings to the second floor, breaking the locks and causing trouble. We filed a trespass complaint against them, but they’ve applied to extend their stay in the first floor. The hearing is scheduled for March 25th, 2016 in the Supreme Court.
