Ramu’s family should respond to Shyam’s notice and inform him they are willing to vacate the shop. They should request a formal handover of the shop to Shyam, along with a clear statement of any outstanding rent due. They should consult a lawyer to ensure a smooth and legal transfer of possession back to Shyam.
