You cannot cut off the electricity and water supply as it’s illegal under Indian law. You can file a legal eviction suit in court, presenting your lease agreement and unpaid rent as evidence. The court can order the tenant to vacate the premises. You can also involve the police, but they will only intervene if there’s a breach of peace or a criminal offense.
