My property in Uttam Nagar has been rented out for 10 months through a registered agreement. Despite being there for 3 months, the tenants are constantly harassing and even getting physical when we visit for rent. What can I do?

You can file a complaint with the police regarding the harassment and assault. You can also initiate eviction proceedings under the relevant provisions of the Delhi Rent Control Act, 1958, as your tenants have violated the terms of the registered rental agreement.
