You can file a civil suit against your neighbor for nuisance and trespass, citing the inconvenience caused by their continuous parking in front of your house. You can also seek a permanent injunction from the court prohibiting them from parking there. Additionally, if you have proof of any bribe offered to the police, you can report the matter to the higher authorities for further investigation.
