My landlord suddenly locked me out of my office, claiming it was his property. We only had a verbal agreement, so I can’t file a police case. What can I do?

You can approach the civil court to seek a legal remedy. While a verbal agreement may not be legally enforceable, you can try to prove the existence of the agreement through witnesses or other evidence. The court can then issue an injunction against your landlord to allow you access to the office.
