My family owns a property with three shops. One shop’s lease agreement mentions my sister-in-law, but she’s transferred it to us. The tenant, a wealthy individual, is trying to take possession instead of paying rent and isn’t cooperating. We’ve hired a lawyer, but we suspect he might be favoring the tenant. Is there any way to get a fair lawyer or find another solution? Please advise urgently.
