Working as a Class III employee, I was unofficially assigned clerical duties for 15 years. After this period, I was sent back to my original role. I appealed to the Andhra Pradesh High Court, which ruled in my favor, ordering my employer to keep me in a clerical position. However, despite the court’s decisions, my employer continues to resist the orders, hiring expensive legal representation. I have strong evidence proving my 15 years of clerical work, but my employer refuses to acknowledge it, potentially to avoid fulfilling their obligations.
