Your company cannot unilaterally change your working hours without your consent, especially if it involves working on weekends without extra pay. You should collectively discuss your concerns with the company, pointing to the initial agreement and relevant labor laws. If the company persists, you can consider seeking legal advice and exploring options like filing a complaint with the labor department.
