My wife has filed a false 498A case against me, my parents, and my brother. We were all arrested and spent 24 hours in jail before getting bail. I didn’t inform my superiors about this. Will there be any repercussions from my office, like a suspension? I heard that government employees face automatic suspension if they spend more than 48 hours in jail. Is this true?
