My private company hasn’t paid my salary for the past two months. What should I do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

If your private company hasn’t paid your salary for two months, you can first send a legal notice demanding payment. If the company still fails to pay, you can file a complaint with the Labour Department and/or a lawsuit in the appropriate court to recover your dues.
