My previous employer hasn’t paid my final dues, including leave encashment, for the past 3 years. The HR team says leave encashment isn’t covered by labor laws. Is this true?

Leave encashment is a component of your salary and is covered under Indian labor laws. Your previous employer is obligated to pay your final dues, including leave encashment, even if it’s been several years. You can pursue legal action to recover your dues.
