BBMB’s stance is legally questionable. A succession certificate determines your mother’s legal heirs, not your eligibility for a compassionate appointment. You can challenge their decision, arguing it’s unrelated to the succession process. Consult a lawyer to explore legal options and seek intervention from higher authorities.
