My May 2016 salary is missing! I put in my notice on the 30th and worked hard till then. Now HR is giving ridiculous excuses for not paying me. Can someone advise me on how to get my due payment?

You are entitled to your full salary for the period you worked, even if you resigned. If your employer is delaying payment without a valid reason, you can send a legal notice demanding your dues. If they still refuse, you can file a claim with the Labour Court.
