My friends and I worked at a company called Estingo Network Private Limited in Nangloi, Delhi. After resigning, we weren’t paid our dues. For three months before leaving, they made us work without salary, threatening resignation if we didn’t comply. When we resigned at the end of July, they claimed a 45-day policy for salary disbursement, but haven’t paid us anything yet. We filed a case with the Karampura Labour Court through Rashtriya Krantikaari Majdoor Union, but found out the company is closed. We discovered one of the directors started a new company, suggesting a pattern of this behaviour. What can we do to get our rightful salary?

You can pursue your case at the Karampura Labour Court, seeking an order against the company and its directors for payment of your dues, including unpaid salaries and any other benefits due to you. Additionally, you can explore the option of filing a police complaint for cheating and criminal breach of trust against the company and its directors, given the evidence of the new company and alleged pattern of non-payment.
