As employees, you have rights under the Industrial Disputes Act, 1947, and can file a complaint with the Labor Commissioner in Goa for non-payment of wages and unfair termination. You can also approach the Industrial Tribunal for redressal, seeking reinstatement, back wages, and clarity on the company’s situation.
