Under Indian law, the burden of proof lies on the accuser to establish the alleged sexual assault beyond a reasonable doubt. Your friend can present evidence to refute the allegations, such as witness testimonies, CCTV footage, or medical records. He should also cooperate with the investigation and consult with a legal professional for guidance.
