My father retired in 2016, and we’ve recently discovered a discrepancy in his service book. The date of birth entry seems to have been overwritten, though the correct date is there, just without his initials. Unfortunately, we don’t have any official birth certificate. He was a Grade 4 employee, and it’s been over three months since his retirement, but we haven’t received his pension. Could you please advise on how to resolve this situation?
