My father has been a teacher at a government Sanskrit school in Kotkasim, Rajasthan, since 2006. However, he was suspended due to a case that was finally resolved in 2013. Despite the court ruling in his favor, his salary remains pending. We have repeatedly contacted officials, but our requests for assistance have gone unanswered.

Your father’s suspension and the subsequent court ruling in his favor should have resulted in reinstatement and payment of his pending salary. Under Indian law, government employees are entitled to their wages and benefits upon reinstatement. You can file a formal complaint with the Rajasthan State Human Rights Commission or approach the relevant court for relief regarding the non-payment of salary.
