The employees can challenge the computer test in court, arguing that it was introduced retrospectively and violates the principle of fairness and equity. They can also claim that the test was not a reasonable requirement for their existing roles, considering their long service and regularization based on the Uttar Pradesh Lipic Niyamawali 2011.
