My employer hasn’t paid my salary or PF for the last 5 months. What legal options do I have against this unfair treatment?

You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or file a lawsuit in a labour court demanding your unpaid salary and PF contributions. You can also approach the concerned authorities for assistance in recovering your dues.
