You can first raise a formal complaint with your employer, requesting immediate PF deposit. If they don’t comply within a reasonable time, you can file a complaint with the Regional PF Commissioner, Keonjhar. You can also seek legal advice and potentially file a claim under the EPF Act, 1952.
