My company’s contract clearly says I can leave after paying 90 days’ salary, but they’re refusing to let me go and are threatening to call me absconding if I quit. What can I do legally to get out of this situation immediately?

Your company cannot legally prevent you from leaving after fulfilling the contract’s 90-day salary clause. If they threaten to label you as absconding, you can seek legal advice and potentially file a complaint with the labour department, as their actions are likely unlawful and a violation of your employment rights.
