Indian law allows termination for “culture fit” but it must be genuine and not a pretext for discrimination. Your company’s refusal to pay your bonus may be illegal if your employment contract or company policy entitles you to it based on your performance during the bonus period. You should consult with a lawyer to understand your rights and options.
