My company in India unexpectedly let me go, and they haven’t paid me my salary for the last two months. What can I do to get my money back?

You can file a claim with the Labour Commissioner or file a lawsuit in a court of law to recover your unpaid salary. You can also contact the relevant trade union for assistance in negotiating with your former employer.
