You can file a civil suit in India against the company owner, seeking recovery of your unpaid dues. You can serve the lawsuit at his Indian home address. Since this involves multiple employees, you can consider filing a collective suit for quicker resolution.

I retired from a public sector company (PSU) in June 2016. My gratuity, leave encashment, and pension commutation are withheld due to an ongoing vigilance case.
