My company, a publicly listed firm, hasn’t paid salaries for the past 6 months. They’ve also skipped paying my Provident Fund contributions. What legal options do I have against this? Can I take action as an individual employee? Is it possible to keep working there after taking legal action? What legal protections are available to me?

You have the right to file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner and/or file a civil suit against your company for non-payment of salaries and Provident Fund contributions. You can pursue these legal actions as an individual employee. However, continuing to work at the company while pursuing legal action might complicate matters; consult with a lawyer to understand the implications.
