My company, a private limited firm based in Delhi, hasn’t paid my salary for the past two months (July and August). My contract has a three-month notice period, but I can’t continue working without pay. They won’t let me leave early and refuse to pay the overdue salary or salary for the notice period. What can I do in this situation?
