My company, a big multinational, is talking about doing drug tests on all of us. Can they really make us do it if we don’t want to?

In India, companies can only mandate drug testing if it is a bona fide occupational requirement for safety or security reasons. This is usually limited to specific roles where impaired performance could pose a danger. Unless your job falls into this category, you can refuse the test without fear of losing your job.
