My colleagues and I are constantly being reprimanded by our senior officer in the government office. Is there any legal recourse we can take against this behaviour?

While reprimands are part of the work environment, constant and unjustified reprimands can be considered harassment under the Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace Act, 2013, or general misconduct under the relevant service rules. You can raise this issue with the higher authorities in your office, or file a complaint with the appropriate authorities if it doesn’t stop.
