You have the right to receive your salary on time. You can send a legal notice demanding your dues and if the company doesn’t respond within 15 days, you can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or a civil suit in a court for recovery of wages and damages.

I appeared for the Bank PO exam last year and cleared it, even got through the interview. However, when the results were announced, I was placed on the waiting list.
