My bank job ended abruptly, and now they’re withholding my accumulated leave pay and pension. What can I do?

You can file a claim with the Labour Commissioner or file a civil lawsuit in a court of competent jurisdiction to recover your accumulated leave pay and pension. You should have received a proper termination notice and severance package as per the terms of your employment contract or relevant labor laws.
