I’ve worked with Max Speciality Film Limited (part of Max India) for over a decade. Sadly, their division closed, leaving me with promised benefits under their internal VRS scheme, only documented in an email. I’m also owed incentives, PF, Gratuity, leave settlement, etc. Despite repeated emails and follow-ups with senior management over the past 4 months, I haven’t received any of these benefits. They claim they are awaiting C Forms from customers. I haven’t even received a relieving or experience letter. Could you advise me on how to proceed?

You can initiate legal action against Max Speciality Film Limited. You can file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or file a suit in the appropriate court, seeking the recovery of your unpaid dues, including promised benefits, incentives, PF, Gratuity, leave settlement, and other statutory dues. You can also demand the issuance of relieving and experience letters.
