I’ve been working with a company for a year and resigned recently, completing my notice period on 6th October 2016. Yes, you can legally pursue your dues. You have the right to receive your full and final settlement within a reasonable timeframe. You can send a legal notice demanding payment within a specific period. If the company fails to respond, you can file a case in the appropriate labor court to recover your dues.
