You can approach the Labour Court or the National Commission for Safai Karmacharis (if applicable) for complaints related to unfair labor practices, harassment, and wrongful transfers. You can file a complaint for unfair financial pressure, unjustified warnings, and illegal transfers, seeking relief such as reinstatement, back wages, and compensation. It’s advisable to consult a labor lawyer for specific legal advice and guidance on the process.
