In April 2015, things seemed to get back on track, and we received all our pending payments. The company started functioning normally again. However, financial issues resurfaced in July 2015, and salary delays started once more. The last salary I received was in August 2015. Since then, I haven’t been paid. Is there a government authority (like a labor or employee helpline) I can contact for help? Or do I need to take legal action?

Yes, you can contact the **Labour Commissioner’s Office** in your state or the **Employee Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO)**. They can help mediate between you and your employer regarding unpaid wages. If mediation fails, you can file a claim for recovery of wages in a Labour Court.
