Under Indian law, your senior manager’s refusal to approve your leaves constitutes a breach of contract and a form of harassment. You can escalate this issue to higher management and, if needed, file a complaint with the Labour Commissioner or National Commission for Scheduled Castes/Scheduled Tribes, depending on the nature of the discrimination.
